Our products will be shipped from one of the following three cities, depending on the customer's delivery address. We do not ship to the following areas: Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Saint Croix Island, Howland Island, Baker Island, Island Areas, Puerto Rico, Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), PO Box addresses, military bases, and zip codes without service.

Buyers in California need to bear the consumption tax themselves. The specific taxes are determined in accordance with local laws (depending on local sales tax jurisdictions).

If the product has not been shipped, you can contact our customer service via e-mail support@cykebikes.com and notify us of the new address.

Please note that the shipping address cannot be changed after shipping.

If the product has not been shipped, you can cancel the order without any liability.

If the product has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. You will need to contact us for a return label after receiving the product.

If you are canceling the order for personal reasons, you will need to bear the shipping costs for both delivery and return.

Please note, do not directly refuse the package, as this may result in the product being lost.

We will ship the order within 3 business days after the customer places the order. The shipping time is approximately 7-14 days. Please notice that all time frames provided by CYKE, whether verbally or in writing, are good faith estimates of the expected delivery date for the goods.

CYKE provides free shipping for all orders. The product you ordered will be carefully packed to make sure the goods are in good condition during transit. We can ship anywhere in the continental United States where there is a notable shipping service (i.e. FedEx, UPS, etc.).

Please note that we are unable to provide overnight delivery service.

If you provide your email address when placing your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped. You can use the tracking number to track the shipment on the corresponding logistics official website.

Damage to a covered component during shipping is not covered by our Limited Warranty.

However, CYKE will replace such damaged covered components if you:

  1. Notify CYKE of any covered component damaged in transit within thirty (30) days of receiving the e-bike.
  2. Provide CYKE with a dated picture of the damaged covered component.
  3. Return all original packaging and paperwork included with the e-bike.
  4. Note any immediately recognizable damage on the shipper’s Bill of Lading before signing off on the shipment.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping damage claims are very time sensitive, and it is your responsibility to inspect the e-bike for damage upon receipt.

CYKE has authorized repair stations in CA, FL, GA, MO, NV, OR, and TX, with continuous expansion. Customers are required to contact our official customer service at support@cykebikes.com before visiting a repair station. We will assist customers in contacting the appropriate repair station and scheduling a suitable appointment. We will also inform customers about the fee charges and who will bear the expenses.

CYKE supports multiple payment methods that you can select from at the final step of the checkout.

CYKE accepts credit and debit cards from American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Discover Card, and Diners Club Card. CYKE also accepts Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Meta Pay.

If the card transaction is approved, the amount will be reserved immediately, and you will receive an order confirmation by email.

If the credit card transaction is not approved, your order will be canceled.

Please contact your bank or card provider if you have any questions about this.

We will hold promotions and offer discounts from time to time. To learn about any upcoming promotions, we highly recommend you sign up for our subscription letter at the bottom of our home page.

We will be sure to notify our customers and subscribers directly via e-mail of any available discounts and promotions so that you won't want to miss them.

We prepare discounts for the military for orders on e-bikes only. Please contact our customer service and provide Military Identity to get the special discount.

Refund

To undertake a valid return, you must obtain written approval from CYKE. Please contact us at support@cykebikes.com with proof of purchase, and photos and videos of the item(s) you wish to return. Any products sent back to CYKE without written consent will be rejected and returned to you at your cost.

Returned products should be packed in the original packaging. For detailed packing requirements, please contact our customer service at support@cykebikes.com.

Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after the e-bike is received and inspected.

Any item returned from an order that used a discount code will have the entire discount code value subtracted from the refund amount, regardless of whether you return one e-bike or multiple e-bikes.

Refunds will be issued in the same manner as the original purchase.

Return

We accept returns within thirty (30) days of delivery. To return an e-bike that is not defective or damaged, you must contact CYKE within thirty (30) days of receiving the e-bike. The e-bike must have less than three (3) miles on the odometer, be free of any wear and tear, dirt, dust, fragrance, or any other signs of use, and must be in the same packaging and condition as when you received it, including all items that were inside the box (charger, keys, hardware, etc.).

You must receive prior authorization and a prepaid return shipping label from CYKE. Any warranty issues must be resolved before processing a return. Returns are not allowed after thirty (30) days from the delivery date.

Any purchase of accessories or receipt of a replacement part under the Limited Warranty is eligible for return within thirty (30) days of receipt. Any returned accessory or replacement part must be unused, free of any wear and tear, dirt, dust, fragrance, or any other signs of use, and must be sealed and unopened in the same packaging and condition in which you received it.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us to confirm that the issue is with the e-bike itself. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

For non-quality-related returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

The product being returned to CYKE must not have any man-made damage or any other signs of use; otherwise, we will charge a depreciation fee based on the extent of the damage.

If the customer sends any products back to CYKE without CYKE's written consent, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Used goods, batteries, special orders, sale items, gift cards, and gift orders will not be accepted, except in extreme cases of breakage or malfunction covered under our warranty.
