SHIPPING COSTS & SALES TAX

CYKE offers free shipping for all orders.

Buyers in California need to bear the consumption tax themselves. The specific taxes are determined in accordance with local laws. (Depending on local sales tax jurisdictions.) Tax-free in other areas

SHIPPING ESTIMATES

Shipping will be arranged within 3 business days. Estimated arrival is around 5-8 business days. All time frames provided by CYKE, whether verbally or in writing, are good faith estimates of the expected delivery date for the Goods.

SHIPPING LOCATION

CYKE can ship in the 48 continental United States.
Hawaii, Alaska,P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO and International delivery is not available now.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

CYKE offers shipping services through FedEx.
Whenever feasible, we strive to ship your order in a single box.
However, there may be instances where multiple shipments are necessary, such as when you have purchased several large or bulky items.

SHIPPING DAMAGE:

Damage to a listed part in the Limited Warranty during shipping is not covered by the Limited Warranty, but CYKE will replace such damaged listed parts if you:

1. After you receive the CYKE product, contact our customer service staff as soon as possible to explain the situation.
2. Provide CYKE with pictures of the damaged parts and indicate the date.
3. Can prove that the damage is caused by logistics and not man-made damage.

MISSING ITEMS

1.If you haven't received your CYKE order within 20 days of delivery, please contact our customer support and provide relevant details as soon as possible.

2.Failure to reach out within 20 days of placing the order will result in the assumption that you've received all items, and we won't retain shipping records.

SHIPPING DELAY

When significant delays occur due to logistics issues (e.g. bad weather, customs inspections), we will ensure you are compensated for the inconvenience.


If you find that your order is a week or more overdue and the tracking information has not been updated in a while, please contact us immediately at support@cykebikes.com so we can resolve the issue.

NOTE:

1.We are unable to modify, intercept, or cancel orders that have already been shipped.
2.To ensure efficient assistance, kindly provide your order number and any relevant information when contacting us.
