Refund policy
CYKE believes in the quality of its products and hopes that you can shop with confidence. Please read the following information carefully to understand the return and refund policy applicable to all ebikes and accessories sold by CYKE.
Cancel/Change The Order
Your orders are sent to the warehouse around the clock so we can get them to you as quickly as possible. Once an order is transferred to the warehouse and staff begins working on it, it cannot be changed or canceled.
If we are unable to fulfill your request and you receive the item, we kindly ask you to contact us again after receiving the package so that we can process the return and refund you.
Return Process
CYKE support 30 Days Return/Exchange & Refund after the delivery.
To return an e-bike or accessory
1. Before you return the product, you must contact CYKE's customer support within 30 days of receiving the product.
2. The e-bike must have less than 3 miles on the odometer and must be free of any wear and tear, dirt, dust, fragrance, or any other signs of use. It should be in the same packaging and condition as when you received it, and all items originally included in the box (charger, keys, hardware, etc.) must be included.
3.Any purchase of accessories or receipt of a replacement part under the Limited Warranty shall be eligible for return within thirty (30) days of receipt. Any returned accessory or replacement part must be unused, free of any wear and tear, dirt, dust, fragrance, or any other signs of use and must be sealed and unopened in the same packaging and condition in which you received it.
4. And the customer need to provide proof of purchase and photos of the product for our verification. The specific proof are subject to confirmation by our after-sales service department.

5. You must obtain prior authorization and a prepaid return shipping label from CYKE.
6. Any warranty issues must be resolved before processing the return.
About Refunds
1. Refunds will be made within 3 business days after the product is received and inspected.
2. Any refund in an order that uses a discount code will have the entire discount value subtracted from the refund value, whether you return one e-bike or multiple e-bikes.
3.Refunds will be made in the same manner the original purchase was made. (If you do not receive the refund by then, please contact us by email: support@cykebikes.com.)
*In some cases, only 75%-90% refund is given:
Any product that is not in original condition, for example if it is damaged or parts are missing due to reasons that are not our fault (delivery or customer missing some parts).
*No refunds will be given in the following circumstances:
1. The order does not meet our return standards;
2. The return was lost because the customer used a shipping service without a tracking number;
3. Because the customer refused to receive the goods, the package was destroyed by the carrier.
Notes
1. In case of defective and damaged products, please contact us to confirm whether it is a problem with the e-bike itself, and we will bear the freight of the return.
2. Refunds for non-quality issues, the customer bears a fixed fee of $300 for round-trip shipping per ebike.(This happens when the customer purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or they no longer want the item)
3. CYKE do not accept returned products that you send back directly without prior written consent of confirmation with us. The customer will bear the freight of the return.
